Before your first capture

Do we need BIM or only floor plans?

Floor plans provide the location context for organising captures and defects. If you have a BIM model, share it during onboarding so we can agree how it will be used. Contact us to confirm the drawing requirements for your project.

Who captures the site?

Choose a fully managed service, with Contineu responsible for site capture and the workflow that follows, or have Contineu train your site teams to capture.

What equipment and training are required?

Site capture uses a 360° camera. In the fully managed service, Contineu handles capture. If your site team will capture, we train them on the workflow and agree the equipment requirements during onboarding.

When are captures and reports available?

Captures are available within 2 hours. Defects are available within 48 hours, subject to GPU availability. We agree the reporting scope during onboarding.

What can AI detect?

Contineu supports 220+ defect types across structural, finishing and MEP work. Detection depends on what is visible in the captured imagery; we confirm coverage for your project’s trades and stage of construction.

Is construction progress measured automatically?

Site captures provide a visual record for reviewing progress. Automatic progress measurement is not included by default; discuss your requirements with us so the agreed scope is clear.

How is pricing scoped?

Pricing is agreed for your project and service scope, including whether Contineu manages capture or trains your site team. Contact us to discuss your requirements and receive a tailored proposal.

Who owns the records, and what happens after the contract?

The client fully owns the records. Export access is available to added accounts with verified email addresses, governed by role-based access control. Retention after the contract is available upon request.
